What are you most excited about regarding the opening of Stoney Point Meadows?

Steve Melchior, Director of Housing: Making a difference in families’ lives. And doing the right thing. Making that difference, and our management group that we have together here at Stoney Point, we will do the right thing. I am very confident in that. I’m excited for the families, to give them peace of mind that Mom and Dad are taken care of, and I am also excited about taking care of those individuals and making every day count in a safe environment.

Stoney Point Meadows is located in southwest Cedar Rapids in a quiet rural setting with idyllic countryside views, yet near churches, shopping, entertainment and professional and medical services.

Our rural setting is quiet and relaxing, yet near churches, shopping, entertainment and professional and medical services. Plus, bus transportation is regularly scheduled to take you there. You’ll find spacious, private apartments, delicious dining and beautiful community spaces to gather with friends. Pets are welcome, too!

Stoney Point Meadows is a ministry of Cassia, a faith-based nonprofit organization with a long history of brining healing, compassion and renewal to older adults.
