Choices in private apartments include large studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans with amenities and comforts to make you feel right at home. Each apartment features a full kitchen with appliances, and bath with zero-entry shower and safety bars, along with ample closet space.
You’ll appreciate your well-equipped kitchen, but why cook? Our chef creates breakfast, lunch and supper for you every day, and all are professionally served in the Meadowlark Dining Room.
Leave behind the daily chores. Weekly housekeeping, all maintenance and all utilities including cable television, WiFi and landline phone are included. Your apartment has individually-controlled heat and air conditioning for your comfort.
You can bring your furry family member, too! Pets are welcome at Stoney Point Meadows.

The monthly apartment rental fee includes the following:
- Choices in studio, one- or two-bedroom apartment homes
- Private bath with grab bars and walk-in shower
- Full kitchen with appliances
- Three delicious meals each day, served in the Meadowlark Dining Room
- Washer and dryer in most apartments
- Individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning)
- All property tax and utilities including landline phone service
- Cable television and basic Wi-Fi
- Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness programs
- Transportation for scheduled outings and shopping
- Transportation to medical appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
All Assisted Living Services are included in your monthly rent:
- Initial health care assessment with individualized care plan
- Ongoing, regularly scheduled nursing evaluations
- Personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
- Personal pendant with 24-hour urgency response
- Complimentary escorts to meals for first seven days
- Monthly vital sign management, reviewed by nursing staff
- Weekly light housekeeping services
- Weekly linen change
- Two loads of laundry weekly (one personal, one linen)
